How to get help¶

We’d love to hear from you, whether it’s a question, a suggestion, or to tell us that your app is ready to go.

Support site: We have public and private discussions for support requests and suggestions at support.urbanairship.com. Simply click log in and you’ll be logged in with your Urban Airship account.
Email: You can, of course, always email us through our contact form or directly at support@urbanairship.com. This connects to the support site, so you can also track your requests on the web.
IRC: The Urban Airship developers and a few users can often be found in #urbanairship on irc.freenode.net. If you don’t have an IRC client handy, Freenode has a nice web client.
Mailing list: We have a mailing list on Google Groups, urbanairship-dev. This is a great place for technical questions, as it has a great searchable archive.
